All our jewelry is stainless steel & waterproof, but we still recommend taking it out of your neck once you’re showering like any other type of jewelry. We also recommend taking it off before sleep or work out, all these recommendations have been given to keep it look brand new as it has never been used before.



  • Clean your plated piece by using a cotton or very soft cloth/towel to clean off the dust and dirt.
  • Carefully rub the surface of your gold-plated jewelry using a soft cloth/towel, which helps keep them bling and shiny.
  • Don’t use a polishing machine, if you feel like your jewelry needs more clean you might need to use a warm cloth/towel SOFT ONE and this will help to clean them more but we recommend using it once you feel like you have to!
  • Don’t use any type of soap or liquid in general, this might affect the plated gold/silver.

  • Basic warranty comes automatically when you purchase any item for 3 months.
  • Lifetime warranty is a buyable package, price depends on the pieces you’re buying and it’s for lifetime.

Restocking product takes between 3 weeks to 7 weeks after the product is out of stock.

Depending on the price, products less than $50USD get packed only in a dust bag, and above this price get packed in a dust bag then placed inside a branded box.

No it doesn't show any details except the receiver name and address on the packaging parcel/box.

You can find the same design but defferent quality and some stores drop-ship them and it takes at least 50-70 days to arrive, (we guarantee you the satisfaction in our products and service).

You might be required to pay the customs fee if you’re ordering from a country outside of Canada, and we do not take any responsibility for it.

You have only 12-hours to edit information, after that we will still try but we might not be able to edit anything based on shipping agent policies.

You will receive an email that will include the tracking number with shipping agent name, you will be able to track it either from our website (Track shipping section) or from the courier website

It will take at least 48-hour for the tracking to be active and updated with latest information, after 48-hour is over and still no result please contact us.

You have only 12-hour to make any changes to your order, after 12-hour you will have to wait until you receive it, then return the package and we’ll refund you.

Shipping process takes 12-hours from our side and once the courier receives the package it takes 48-hours for the information to be updated.

When the item is out of stock you will see two options, either pay now and receive it when it’s available or notify me when the item is available, you have the option to take any action you want.

After the item goes out of stock average wait time is 4-weeks to be shipped to you


If your package was returned to our warehouse 90% of the time is because you entered the wrong information address.

Go to the contact us section and fill up your information,with the reason why you want to return you item and then we’ll schedule a pick up time with the couriers to pick it up from your location.

  • Please keep in mind, Maximum days to return package is 14-days
  • It must be not waring ( otherwise you’ll pay shipping cost again to receive your product )
  • It must be at the same condition when you receive it
  • Package must be clean as you receive it

Please contact us and provide an image of the item you received.

You can always check through the same tracking number we gave you when you ordered and once we receive your product, we’ll need 5 business days to process your request after receiving the item you returned.

We take 5 business days after receiving your returned item to finish the refund process, then we’ll do the refund.

  • If you want to return your item and refund your money you’ll have up to 6 months.

  • The piece must be in the same condition as when you got it.

  • If your piece has a problem you can exchange it with a brand new piece for 6 months for free ( only have to pay shipping cost ) after 6 months you’ll pay 30% of the amount you paid when you purchased it.

  • If your item came inside a BLINGPANTHER box we’ll only replace the item and ship it to you with the same box.

  • You will get priority in customer support.
